Capabilities

Our specialist manufacturing facility, covering 1400m2, is fully equipped with the latest CNC machinery for the production of a range of high pressure fittings together with the capability of supplying tailored solutions to specific customer requirements.

This includes specialist items manufactured to order as well as quick turnaround production of small batch non-standard items.

Our range of equipment includes:

• Manual Mills
• Lathes
• Thread Rolling Machines
• Stamping & Etching Machines
• CAD/CAM Design Engineering Systems

We also have our own Inspection and Metrology department that complements our capability to manufacture fittings in 316 Stainless Steel, Brass, Inconel, Monel, Alloybronze and other exotic materials.

A large stock holding of raw material ensures quick turnaround of both stock and special items.

Full traceablity on all parts except brass.
